Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Email hello@theinaara.com or WhatsApp <+91-8169068639> within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Post‑Dispatch: The order cannot be cancelled; please refer to Returns.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

Exclusions: Due to hygiene, nosepins, pierced jewellery, and personalised or final‑sale items are non‑returnable.

Process:

Email your order ID and reason for return.

Our team will arrange a pick‑up or share the return address.

After QC approval, we’ll issue either (a) a replacement, or (b) store credit valid 12 months.

Refund Mode: We do not offer cash refunds except for orders cancelled before dispatch or in the rare case of manufacturing defects. All Cash on Delivery orders will receive Store Credits which will be valid for 12 months. No Bank refunds will be made to COD orders.
Damages & Missing Items
Report transit damages & missing products if any within 24 of delivery with unboxing photos/video. Approved claims will receive a free replacement. Please note that unboxing video will be mandatory to verify the claim.
